- Yes. We use industry standard cloud infrastructure, bank grade security and encryption to keep data safe and secure. Unlike some other companies we give you two-factor authentication as standard.
- Are you GDPR compliant?
- Yes! Data ethics, privacy and security is part of our business model, Consent Kit is built to support the most stringent global data protection laws. We help you with being compliant so we need to be compliant ourselves.
- When do we need to pay?

We don't ask for credit card upfront, so you will only be charged when you decide you are ready.
If you want to continue after your trial, then we'll ask for payment details. - Do you offer discounts?
- Yes. When you pay for a year upfront you get a 20% discount.
- Can we cancel at any time?

There is no minimum contract, cancel your subscription at any time.
You will have access for the remaining duration of your subscription and you will not be charged again. - What happens if we need a longer trial?
- We are happy to give you more time. Just let us know and we'll extend it.
- Will you negotiate your terms?
- Yes. If you sign up to the Enterprise plan with 10+ seats then you can negotiate terms. Otherwise you can get up and running with our standard terms of service and privacy policy in minutes.
- Can we pay via invoice?
- Yes. We can invoice you if you sign up to an annual plan and have a minimum of 10 seats.
